In Toronto we stayed directly across the street from Smoke’s Poutinerie, their tagline “How Do You Like Your Poutine?” suggesting you can mix in all kinds of different stuff – guacamole, pulled pork, onions, mushrooms, peas.

Haven’t tried it, shouldn’t knock it, but I can’t say it calls out to me.
